I was told many times that there wa a bug in my system and Tech was working on it. > > The merge documents never worked-only about half of template codes transferred to documents. The documents never came out correct and I spend time going through document for missing information. I stopped using it because it was easier to start my documents from scratch than looking for information the program missed. I tried to work with customer service many times. At one point a representative told me there was a problem with the system and I would get a return call on Monday. Ten days later I called again because I never received a return call. The representative that answered reviewed my file and told me that the problem was still being reviewed by the Tech department. At this point I had the product for many weeks and it never worked properly. I asked the representative to close my account and open a new account that does not have a defect. I was told this could not be done. At this point I cancelled my service and transferred to Practice Panther . With Practice Panther my merge documents work and when I call about an issue the rprsentative works with me and does not pretend that tech is working on my case. ----- ### "I always brag about my case and practice management system." — 5.0/5 > **Serenna** | *26.
